Once the steamy wonder is in place, you will remove the towel to allow your skin the full benefits of the steam treatment. Herbs and essential oils are used in the steam vapor. Cool compresses are applied to the forehead during the treatment. Water is provided for drinking. You will steam for 20 minutes. After steaming, a shower (hot, then cold) is recommended for regaining temperature equilibrium and removing toxins from the skin’s surface).
