What is Dry Brushing?Dry brushing is a topical skin exfoliation or detoxification method using use a special natural fiber brush . It is typically followed by a hydrotherapy treatment and massage with organic or natural oils Dry Brushing History: Humans have been dry brushing their skin across all continents. Asian peoples are known to vigorously scrub their skin with loofah mitts and abrasive cloths prior to their traditional hot bath.
